Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Policy for the United States

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $19.99.

  • By default, we use USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground, depending on package weight and destination.

  • Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–9 business days.

  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact us with your shipping address for a quote.

Shipping Policy for Canada

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days.

  • Shipping fees include customs duties by default.

  • For orders over $120, or if you prefer to handle customs duties yourself, please contact our Support Team.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, countries.
Shipping costs and customs charges for other regions will be calculated based on your order.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping (outside the listed countries) is not supported.
For bulk purchases or wholesale orders, please contact us directly to arrange shipping.

  • Retail orders (up to 10 units): typically processed in 3–5 business days.
